How to report a factual error and what happens after you do.
Reporting an error
Send the page address, the specific statement you believe is wrong, and any evidence supporting the correction. Provider representatives should identify themselves and their role.
How we respond
We check the claim against the source on record. Where a correction is warranted we amend the page, update its modified date and note material changes.
What we will not do
We do not remove accurately sourced, unfavourable information on request, and we do not add performance claims that lack a checkable record.
