Signals versus copy trading
With signals you decide each entry. With copy trading, positions replicate automatically, so a strategy change or a sudden increase in risk reaches your account without your review.
What platform statistics omit
Displayed returns typically depend on undisclosed risk per trade, exclude periods before a strategy was published, and cannot show how a trader behaves in conditions not yet encountered.
