Messaging channels are the most common way retail forex signals are distributed. The format is cheap for publishers, immediate in principle, and structurally weak on accountability — messages can be edited or deleted after the fact.
Assess the channel, not just the calls
- Can historical messages be edited or deleted? On most platforms, yes.
- Is there a permanent, external record of published signals?
- Is the operator identifiable, with a contactable entity behind the channel?
- Are risk parameters included in every signal, or only some?
- Are results posted selectively, with losses omitted?
Latency is your cost, not theirs
The interval between publication and your execution belongs to you. It widens exactly when it matters most, around volatile releases. Any evaluation of a channel service should treat this interval as a cost of the service.
Impersonation and channel cloning
Cloned channels using a known provider's name are common. Verify a channel link from the provider's own website rather than from a forwarded message, and treat unsolicited direct messages offering account management as a serious warning sign.
What we do not tell you
We do not name a best channel. We hold no audited performance records for any provider, so any such ranking would be unsupported. Our provider comparison lists services alphabetically with their evidence status shown.
